Our furniture is yours to tryout in your home, at our risk, no final purchase decision required at time of purchase. Upon receiving your new furniture at anytime during the setup/installation of this product, if you have any question or dislike* just call us. If you're not satisfied and we can't fix it, we'll disassemble the furniture, no questions asked. We'll reimburse the full purchase price, except for a modest return fee** (minus the cost of shipping and installation as well as return shipping), you'll owe us nothing.  Our pieces are built, with the utmost skill and care, but if you are unhappy with our products we will gladly take it back. Terms and conditions:

1. In-Home Tryout is not available in all areas, valid only on order shipped within the US, excluding some products, categories and/or manufactures.
2. Some products are non-returnable and do not have a trial period.
3. *Product can't be return because of color or size.
4. Personalized furniture (i.e., customized in any way) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product are damage on Arrival, and we cannot fix it.
5. In-Home Tryout must be approve before purchase and is only available for order place over the phone and passes our In-Home Trial approval process base on, but not limited to delivery area.
6. **Shipping rates start at $375. If delivered to remote locations additional shipping surcharges will apply. Shipping charges are quoted at time of return.
7. Free Shipping discount or other discounts will not be credited toward your return cost.
8. Product must be return the same day of original delivery, and must be approve by a Ardin Furniture staff before our delivery company leave your home and must be return by the original delivery company.
9. Ardin Furniture reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the In-Home Tryout without notice or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason.
10. Customer must follow the directions above to be considered for a refund, otherwise products will be subjected to our regular return policy.
