Cancellation Policy before Shipment:

  • Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipment and/or put into production.
  • In stock items are usually shipped or put into production within 1-2 days.
  • "Made to order" and custom items are non-refundable unless damaged.

Return, and Refund Policies after Shipment:

If your item was shipped with our "Free Shipping", we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Round trip shipping charges will still apply. Personalized furniture (i.e., customized in any way or furniture that are made to order) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product are damage on Arrival, and we cannot fix it. All of our products are brand new at time of shipment.
